Monica Lowy

I returned to acting in 2024 after many fulfilling years as a licensed speech-language pathologist. Since  then, stage roles have included The Director in the world premiere of Watershed (2nd Prize Winner, 2026, 15 Minutes of Frame Festival, Gene Frankel Theatre), Linda Loman in Death Of a Salesman and Francesca Johnson in Bridges Of Madison County (Grace Kiley Acting Ensemble), Esther Franz in The Price (Theater St. Clements) and Venus in I Used To Be The Pretty One (semi-finalist, 2024 Summer Play Festival, NuBox Theater). I have also appeared in multiple films, playing a wide range of characters from empathetic widow to aggrieved school teacher to crazy aunt to cynical psychic. Acting is truly my passion and I am so glad to be here again. I am a proud member of Actor's Equity.
